Search By Department
If you have an idea of which department you would like to serve/volunteer in, use the "Department" tab at the top. Just select the department you are interested in and click the button and opportunities for that department will be listed. Clicking on an opportunity will take you to the details and give you the chance to request that someone contact you with more information and/or to help you get started volunteering.

Search By Day and Time
If you know when you are available to serve, you can search for opportunities by Day and Time using the "Day and Time" tab at the top. A list of opportunities that can be done during the time frame that you select will be listed. Clicking on an opportunity will take you to the details and give you the chance to request that someone contact you will more information and/or to help you get started volunteering.

Searching by Commitment Level
Whether you want to volunteer for a regularly scheduled opportunity or just help out in the short term, using the "Search by Commitment Level" tab will show you just the opportunities that are right for your schedule. There are three (3) Commitment Levels:

• Short-term, which are for a single or short specific period of time. These are often associated with activities and events.
• When Available, which are ongoing but do not require a continuing time commitment. For example, Saturday work days are ongoing, but you can just come whenever you are available.
• Volunteer Position, which are specific jobs that require a commitment to regularly scheduleded availability for a specified minimun period of time. An example of a postition is a Sunday School Teacher.

Clicking on an opportunity will take you to the details and give you the chance to request that someone contact you will more information and/or to help you get started volunteering.

Search By Location
Some opportunites can be fulfilled from home while others may need to be performed at ACAC or at a Partner Facility (a location outside of the ACAC campus). Find the ones that best suit your situation by using the "Search By Location" tab at the top. Clicking on an opportunity will take you to the details and give you the chance to request that someone contact you will more information and/or to help you get started volunteering.
